General information: The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation, the Austrian Data Protection Act and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.
In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
Contacting us
If you contact us via the online form or by email, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and for possible follow-up questions.
The data you provide will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies, for example once your request has been fully processed. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular legal retention periods, remain unaffected.
Server log files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
This may include:
- The page accessed
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname or IP address of the accessing device
- Time of the server request
These data cannot usually be assigned to a specific person without checking additional data sources. The data are not merged with other data sources.
We use server log files for the operation, security and optimisation of our online services. We do not evaluate these data further unless there is a concrete suspicion of unlawful use of our website. We reserve the right to review server log files retrospectively if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful activity.
Server log files are stored for a period of two weeks and then deleted, unless further storage is necessary for security reasons or for the clarification of unlawful use.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website user-friendly, secure and technically functional. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
Technically necessary cookies may be used without your consent if they are required to provide a service expressly requested by you. All non-essential cookies, including analytics and marketing cookies, are only activated after your explicit consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on our website. You can also configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
Web analytics
Our website may use web analytics services, including Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Web analytics services use cookies or similar technologies that enable an analysis of how visitors use our website. The information generated may be transmitted to and stored on servers of the respective provider.
Analytics cookies are only used on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 165 para. 3 Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Where possible, we use privacy-friendly settings, including IP anonymisation or comparable technical measures. This means that your IP address is shortened or otherwise pseudonymised before further processing, so that only a rough geographic allocation is possible.
We have concluded the required data processing agreements with the relevant providers.
The purpose of using web analytics is to improve our website, optimise our content and better understand how visitors interact with our online services.
Google Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

The processing is carried out only on the basis of your prior consent. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software or by adjusting your consent preferences in our cookie banner. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website in full.
Google may use the collected information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website and internet usage.
