1. Legal basis for processing
   The processing of data for analytics, tracking and marketing purposes is generally based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 165 para. 3 Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

2. Custom Audiences and customer list matching

• For targeted advertising, we may use pseudonymised customer data, such as email addresses that have been hashed using SHA-256, and transmit these to advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest or TikTok.
  The purpose is to address existing customers or interested persons with relevant advertising or to create similar target groups. The data are pseudonymised before transmission and are used by the platforms in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
  You may object to the use of your data for Custom Audiences at any time by contacting us or by using the opt-out options provided by the respective platforms.

3. Conversion-Tracking
   We use conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This allows us to determine whether a specific action, such as a booking request, contact form submission or newsletter registration, occurred after interaction with one of our advertisements.
   Conversion tracking is carried out using cookies, pixels or similar technologies. These technologies are only activated if you have given your consent.

4. Lead Ads
   If you submit your data to us via lead ads, for example on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok, the data entered by you will be transmitted to us by the respective platform.
   We process these data exclusively for the purpose stated in the lead form, for example to respond to your request, send you information or process your registration.
