If you are suddenly unable to take your vacation with us, please note the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 weeks (21 days) before your arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
• From then, 30% of the booking amount will be charged.
• From 14 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• From 7 days before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
• From 3 days before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged.
• From 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
